Grease a griddle, and preheat over medium heat. (Or you can use a pan on your stovetop.)
In a medium mixing bowl, sift together the flour, flax meal, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine the maple syrup, vanilla, applesauce, and coconut milk. Slowly mix half of the liquid into the dry ingredients, stirring continuously, and the rest ¼ cup at a time to avoid a runny batter. Mix until you get the lumps out of the batter.
On your griddle, begin to cook the pancakes, using about ¼ cup of the batter for each one.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until they start to bubble around the edges and flip. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the griddle, and serve.

This breakfast is something that I normally eat when I know that I have an active morning/day ahead of me. The Maple Syrup is something that I try to avoid adding every time, but it is nice to have once in a while.
Five simple Ingredients: -1 Banana sliced -1 Cup of Oatmeal -Splash of Almond Milk -Drizzle of Maple Syrup -Lots of Cinnamon!
I cook Cinnamon in the pot with the oatmeal and then I add additional cinammon on top of the cooked oatmeal as well :)
One thing that I will mention is that I try to drink plenty of water before I eat a heavy breakfast like this, as I feel that my body requires the fresh water to wake up, prior to eating a heavy meal.
