This breakfast is something that I normally eat when I know that I have an active morning/day ahead of me. The Maple Syrup is something that I try to avoid adding every time, but it is nice to have once in a while.
Five simple Ingredients: -1 Banana sliced -1 Cup of Oatmeal -Splash of Almond Milk -Drizzle of Maple Syrup -Lots of Cinnamon!
I cook Cinnamon in the pot with the oatmeal and then I add additional cinammon on top of the cooked oatmeal as well :)
One thing that I will mention is that I try to drink plenty of water before I eat a heavy breakfast like this, as I feel that my body requires the fresh water to wake up, prior to eating a heavy meal.
